As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a March 21, 2022 start.

About the Team

The Image Solutions Division is a fast-growing and exciting division within FIS. Image Solutions supports Check Processing, Content Management, and Lockbox payment processing services for banks, credit unions, and third-party processors. The move to outsource and ASP solutions have driven significant growth over the past 5 years.

What You Will Be Doing

Primary responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with leadership to advance the strategy of the Division
  • Gather and document business requirements, and gain the approval of these such requirements
  • Translate business requirements into user stories for developers
  • Ad hoc special projects for senior management
  • Oversee small projects to advance the strategy of the Division

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in creating management reports and dashboards
  • High-level understanding of a Profit and Loss statement
  • Data analysis and analytical skills
