We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing & Production Planning to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role will work with Camden Site Leadership and Program customers.

Our growing Camden, AR site has the newest, state-of-the-art large solid rocket motor facility in the nation to produce rocket motors that support our nation's most important next generation national security programs, like the Sentinel (Ground Based Strategic Deterrent), hypersonics and missile defense targets. Camden is also where we produce solid rocket motors and warheads critical to the nation's defense, like THAAD, Standard Missile, Tactical Tomahawk, Javelin and the Patriot Missile System. 20% - Provide leadership and management for the Camden, AR operations for production of Energetics, production of Rocket Motors, Warheads and other related ordinance.
20% - Provide leadership to a diverse team and mentor the team in achieving operational excellence.
20% - Lead interactions with external customers and government officials that visit the site.
20% - Ensure compliance to both safety and QA regulatory offices. Ensure that both commercial and government QA certification are maintained through site compliance.
20% - Lead all site activities to ensure that products are produced to schedule and budget. Interface with Program Managers to ensure alignment of resources and capabilities to meet business demands.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience leading production operations in a DOD energetic operation.
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
