We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Program Scheduler to join our Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence at our growing facility in Huntsville, AL.

Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, is growing in The Rocket City, Huntsville, AL! We've begun hiring for our third facility in the Huntsville area, a 379,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility near the Huntsville airport that will specialize in the production and assembly of inert solid rocket motor components. We are also continuing to grow at our Huntsville center of excellence for Missile Solutions Program Management and Engineering, as well as our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in north Huntsville, where we produce advanced propulsion products.

Working under limited general direction, the Senior Analyst, Program Scheduler will perform large program scheduling assignments. This position requires the selected candidate to have strong organizational skills, be an excellent communicator, have an aptitude for the logical thought process, have the ability to maintain attention to detail, and exhibit good leadership skills. Experience using Earned Value Management is required in order to develop compliant schedules that form the basis for accurate metrics, analysis, and corrective action plans.
30% - Perform Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities including Integrated Master Plan (IMP) development. The IMS must be developed to accurately represent the program logic and the activities sequenced with appropriate lead times and duration. This individual will work with the financial manager to ensure cost and schedule integration, appropriate Earned Value Techniques are applied, and regular status activities are performed. Working knowledge of MRP and Production Scheduling with the ability to ensure schedules are synchronized.
30% - Perform monthly IMS status and conduct schedule integrity checks, correcting schedule when necessary. Conduct schedule performance analysis and corrective action determination. Ability to develop complex filters and perform advanced analysis. Perform schedule risk analysis on a regular basis to aid in successful program execution. Develop schedule health narratives and interpret metrics for predictive and pro-active for program reporting.
30% - Maintain Baseline IMS through change control process. Perform change analysis to determine the schedule impact to the program. Ensure proper documentation and traceability is in place.
10% - Lead procedures and work instruction development and approve final documents. Support continuous improvement projects.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of related experience in a directly related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
