WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. We are currently looking for an HR Generalist in our Siloam Springs, AR location.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • With guidance from HR Manager, conducts objective investigations to resolve employee issues.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to facility management (i.e. coaching, counseling and disciplinary action)
  • Manages the leave of absence process to include explaining leave policies and procedures to employees, responding to questions, participating in interactive discussions with employees.
  • Handles labor complaints between employees and management and coordinates grievance procedures.
  • Conducts screenings and interviews and processes candidates for hire
  • Primarily offering HR support for 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am). We offer flexible hours, but must be able to work partial or full third shift hours at least 3 days a week, and also extended hours and/ or modified shifts to support plant events and activities.

ABOUT YOU
  • 3 years of progressive Human Resources related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or work experience combined with relevant education
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a non-union environment managing day-to-day activities
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels at designated location;
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments
  • Change management leadership capability
  • Must possess a business orientation and interactive skills to support the management team and function as a business partner
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
