Valiant is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea and potential additional CONUS locations.

Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

• Repair of TADSS devices.

Responsibilities:

• Completing work orders and entering work order data in the on-line ISTS.
• Maintaining personal accountability for assigned tools and equipment.
• Make repairs and modifications.
• Perform periodic maintenance.
• Perform annual equipment inspections.
• Following established site and company safety requirements
• Use spare/repair parts to repair faults IAW technical guidelines.
• Research and select repair parts needed.

Mental/Physical requirements for this role include:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate.
• Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height.
• Willing to work a flexible workweek.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
• This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be able to gain access to military installation.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must be able to trouble shoot basic electronics.
• Must be detail oriented.
• US citizenship is required. Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

Desired Skills:

• Previous Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) experience highly desired
