Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Principal WMS & Logistics Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) who can handle WMS and various shipping, logistics and compliance related IT business systems and processes encompassing Oracle eBusiness Suite OM/Shipping applications, and E2Open trade compliance and logistics systems. You will be working in partnership with business relationship managers (BRM), business users, functional, and technical teams to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of Shipping & Logistics applications and processes. Effectively manage the IT change control processes, gathering end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Works as primary Warehouse Management System consultant to implement and maintain WMS for Oracle EBS.
  • Works with WMS, Shipping & Logistics as a liaison and representative of IT department to provide and support IT solutions including eliciting ideas, analyzing processes and systems logic, providing guidance, and validating requirements for changes to business processes, policies in WMS, Shipping, and Logistics function.
  • Leads all WMS, inventory, shipping, and logistics aspects of implementation, support and optimization of Global inventory and logistics execution systems and processes.
  • Leads functional and technical discussions with all-stake holders regarding integration of WMS, shipping/logistics systems with ERP, and other 3rd party vendor tools.
  • Collaborates with business process owners to understand business objectives, requirements, challenges, and translate them into solution design and work with development team to develop, test, and implement the solution.
  • Handles End-to-End solution designing in Order to Deliver functional area including WMS, shipping, and transportation.
  • Designs/develops IT and business processes and integrations in WMS and shipping applications.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as consultant in WMS, Shipping, Logistics, and Transportation management systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing WMS, Shipping & Logistics applications in Oracle eBusiness, Oracle TMS, or Third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of Order to Shipping cycle business processes.
  • Information Technology experience in manufacturing industry setting.
  • Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change.
  • Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Pay Range: $97,300- $180,700 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable).
