Job Highlights:
- Positions starting pay ranges from $17.89 - $19.64/hr
- Night Shift schedules vary based on department - all shifts are 12-hours and are eligible for $1/hr shift differential
- Performance-Based raises after 90-Days;
- Kawneer Springdale works on a continuous operations (ConOps) schedule w/ rotation shifts, but never rotates between days and nights.
- Con-Ops work schedule alternates between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week);
- Employees that work the weekend before the scheduled 36 hours on short weeks receive 4 gift hours to achieve 40 hours.
These positions include working around or operating mobile equipment, overhead cranes, or other large equipment. The work environment includes varying temperatures, personal protective equipment, and overtime requirements. Most positions include a high amount of repetitive lifting.
- Moderate to Heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs individually);
- Must be able to kneel and/or stand for extended periods of time;
Knowledgeable machine operators/mobile equipment certified individuals are encouraged to apply.
Basic Qualifications:
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
