Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead pharmaceutical R&D projects, including analytical chemistry research and development, clinical, regulatory affairs, and drug product development, applying Project Management, Process Scale-up and Technology transfer, Product Life-cycle management, GMP.
  • Develop and implement pharmaceutical research and development project strategy by performing risks analyses, risk mitigation plans, contingencies, decision tree generation, and critical path analysis using Formulation Development and Dosage form Designs .
  • Review project and budget documentation to track R&D budget.
  • Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for pharmaceutical R&D projects.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Must have a Master's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Science plus 1 year experience in job offered.
  • Require skills and knowledge ofFormulation Development, Project Management, Process Scale-up and Technology transfer, Product Life-cycle management, Regulatory requirements for filing, GMP.
