Description

  • Assists with additions and modification of EAMS Entities, Preventative Maintenance Jobs and Activities.
  • Assists with conducting audits on Entities, Preventative Maintenance Jobs, and Work Orders.
  • Creates Excel spreadsheets to assist with the upload of procedures and checklists for preventative maintenance programs-entity addition and/or removal.
  • Assists with supplying Accounting the monthly inventory reports.
  • Assists with documenting EAMS processes by creating desktop procedures, process maps, and reference materials.
  • The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GE and enrolled in a University and in pursuit of a degree such as Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Business or similar related field.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Driver's license
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications required.
