Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED PLUS One (1) or more years of clerical experience and at least 6 months' experience with computers and/or electronic records.
Ability to follow oral instructions, read and write.

Responsibilities:
Answers phones and documents demographic information relating to the caller and the patient referenced in the call
Places the call in a queue for nursing follow-up as indicated
Provides monitoring and assignment of images to the Trauma Image Repository as requested
Obtains patient demographic sheets, or other paperwork as needed to assist with patient transfers and consults
Provides critical program communication to emergency or urgent hospital personnel through use of the emergency system to relay important inbound emergency transport information
Performs other duties as assigned
