Position Summary
As Physical Distribution Order Processing Senior Manager to join our PPD distribution team in the Professional Products Division of L'Oreal USA. This role will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Order Processing area including all Picking Operations, Replenishment, and End of Line Palletization.
You will lead a team of approximately 40-45 people including 1 direct report. Responsibilities include daily allocation of resources, leadership, communication, training and coaching to ensure the department order preparation goals are met. All must be done while adhering to Corporate safety, environmental, hygiene, quality, productivity and cost control standards.

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interface and communicate effectively within the organization, with business units throughout the company, and with partners across the supply chain. Must be a strong team player with a firm, personal commitment toward the business and its customers.
