As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) or Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in a variety of settings. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization at Life Strategies, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, schools, home health, and outpatient programs.

We are currently seeking therapists for our Blytheville, AR location.

Full time and part time options available along with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and Community Based client care
  • Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
  • Keeps all required documentation current: 90 day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirements
  • If client has a guardian/parent, meets with guardian on monthly basis (minimum)
  • Plans and administers therapeutic treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patient in controlling disorders and other problems
  • Directs case management assigned to patient

Required Qualifications:

  • LPC or LCSW in Arkansas
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visits

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
  • Demonstrated to be self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients
